I’m back again with yet, another set of elaborate sleeves. I can’t seem to get enough of detailed sleeves these days. With Valentine’s Day right around the corner I’ve really had to go on a search for something V-day themed because I’ve realized I don’t own much pink.
Over the years I’ve slowly started to transition from shopping at stores/malls to online shopping. There are SO many more benefits of shopping online, the only “con” being that you’re unable to try on the clothes before you buy it. With that being said, I’ve been obsessed with SheIn (website linked) and I’m sure you guys have noticed that most of my recent posts include at least 1 item from SheIn. They honestly have all the styles and trends right on their website but for a fraction of the cost – for example, this dress is only $27!
I hate standing in lines, dealing with the crowds of teenagers and people at malls, and don’t even get me started on parking! Online shopping has been perfect for me, I have photos of the product, reviews, and I can purchase it all from the comfort of my home. I’ve been such a fan of SheIn for the obvious reason, they’re so affordable. There can be a lot of hesitation when ordering from an online retailer, most of it regarding the quality of the clothing. I have purchased several items from SheIn and I can honestly say that I’ve never been disappointed.
This dress was the perfect choice for my Valentine’s Day go-to. The mock turtle neck gives it the perfect elegant flare along with the lace detail throughout the dress. Of course, we can’t forget about the sleeves. The ruffled sleeve is something I personally haven’t seen and I was really intrigued by it. I wasn’t sure how I would like it for a formal event such as dinner for Valentine’s Day, but when it arrived and I tried it on I was SO glad I selected it. When I had it on, even Tom was taken aback by it – He loved it! It goes without saying that this dress is definitely a winner.
I’m excited for Valentine’s Day to arrive, I honestly believe that everyday should be used to show your love & affection for a significant other or loved one, but this holiday is still a great time to actually go out and celebrate something we all cherish – Love!
Tom and I are pretty minimal individuals, we don’t usually plan elaborate date nights for Valentine’s Day. I enjoy something intimate where thought was put into the idea, rather than just going to a 5-star restaurant. We haven’t planned anything quite yet but I’m sure it’ll be something low-key, but that’s our style so it’s perfect 🙂
If you haven’t noticed already, I have linked the website to SheIn throughout this post – wherever you see the word “SheIn” you should be able to click on it and it will take you directly to their site. I truly encourage every one of you to browse through their website. I guarantee you, you’ll have items in your shopping cart before you know it!
I hope everyone has a great week and has had an incredible month. Still can’t believe the first month of 2017 is nearly behind us!
